saturday morning cartoon: where on earth is carmen sandiego?
| written by geoffrey on 07/26/08 | 2 comments |
considering that where on earth is carmen sandiego was created pretty much in response to the children’s television act, i think it’s actually pretty funny and well written. you’ve got to love the fred schneider-esque chief and the detectives talking to us as if we were players. so let’s solve this mystery, gumshoes. better get that warrant first, however.

saturday morning cartoon: batman’s 2 min pilot
| written by geoffrey on 07/19/08 | 3 comments |
here’s the pilot demonstration executives at warner bros. commissioned to see what batman: the animated series would look and feel like. normally, these sorts of pilots are really rough (check out this one for family guy), but here they’re obviously very far along in defining the mood and style of the show.
btw - who’s going to dark knight this weekend?
