in my youth, i loved things. i loved things much more than, say, persons or places, so naturally, prop comedy was the height of humor. as a kid, i had prop comedy and i had puns, and now, you jerks have taken both of them from me and claimed that they’re not cool. p-shaw! you want cool? well, the iceman cometh, and his name be gallagher.

i’d bet he’s the only stand-up comic who did a bit with a helicopter, an enormous couch, and a rainbow flying machine, and still had enough time to break some goddamn mellons and run for california governor. could you do that? could you even do a carrot top routine?!

if the answer is “yes,” then you must be carrot top, so surely, even you, carrot top, would bow to the grand master of prop comedy. gallagher also did regular stand-up routines which were funny — but anyway… holy shit, that was a big couch.
