perhaps the edutainment sketch show histeria! is the “shark jumping” moment for the second warner bros. animation renaissance, which included such great shows as tiny toons, animaniacs and pinky & the brain. that being said, histeria! is better than i remembered it. not great, but better!

YES! Now thats a good cartoon! In elemantary school I would always wake up before school started to watch this. I like loud kid. Hes loud.
