some of you may or may not know, i’m about to wrap a job that has taken up a lot of my time. what has kept me sane are these game trailers countdowns. now’s my opportunity to share some of them with you!

    Eh, for the most part that list makes sense. No Mario 3 is a strange choice, however.

    mario 3 is the citizen kane of video games, in that every time a list of the greatest games is made, we rightfully expect it to be there.

    1. Zero Wing on the top ten worst list? That’s completely unfair. It’s nothing spectacular, but it’s not one of the worst. They only based their vote on that stupid intro!

    2. I’m pretty sure the creator of Tetris IS getting royalties from the series now.

    The top ten list is pretty good. You’re right about Mario 3, though. Are there that many people who would put Super Mario World above it?

    To be 100% fair Super Mario World is better then Mario 3… but if they did the list RIGHT then Super Mario Brothers, Super Mario World, Super Mario 64, and Super Mario Brothers 3 would all be on there in the top 1 2 3 and 4 slots… and thats alot of Mario.

    I do agree with Zero Wing, however. The game is quite good, the intro only makes it funnier.

    Im also glad they didnt stuff Hotel Mario on the worst games. Im one of the “Fourum trolls” (lol) who owns a CD-i. With the proper control (The one the system comes with is TERRIBLE!!!) Hotel Mario is a great game. No joke.

    Also, Halo is great… but… It NEVER, even in bizzaro world, deserves to be on any top 10 games of ALL TIME list.

    you should know because i plan on posting more of these that their rule is one game per series. they don’t always choose the best game, they choose the game that best represents the list.

    i agree with you all that super mario 3 is far superior to mario world, but no one can argue there is a game better than ocarina of time.
