    I’m equally stumped…and mesmerized by the show’s bizarre bumpers with the two blonde guys.

    the blond guys are from whatever local station this guy recorded the show from. the show itself, though, was executive produced by steven spielburg. imagine animaniacs in style, but the show is about crime fighting alien cats.
