as a kid, i wasn’t into rocko — it’s innate weirdness reminded me too much of ren and stimpy, a show i appreciated but wasn’t crazy about. now that i’m a grown up, i love catching up on rocko. the characters and situations were always really off-the-wall, and yet always grounded in reality. i like ren and stimpy more now, too. nicktoons were great! here’s some rocko:

Rocko’s Modern Life is great. Its one of those cartoons with so many adult refrences crammed in there, its fun for all ages (The live live O-Town, they eat at a resturant called Chockey Chicken, come on!) Its too bad its only on Nicktoons nowadays. I do not get that channel.

i relate, hexen. as a kid, i remember being like, “if only i had comedy central, my life would be perfect.” then it was like, “now that i have comedy central, i really wish i had HBO.” now it’s like, “i have HBO, but not the nicktoons channel!”
why can’t cable ever make me happy?
