ever noticed that in the opening, shaq looks a lot like kobe?

recently i’ve noticed a lot of people on the internet really really don’t like shaq. perhaps, it’s the ridiculous term, “a shaq attack.” perhaps it’s the rap albums and the best of rap album. perhaps it’s the utter failure of such cinematic abortions as blue chips, kazaam, and steel. most likely, it’s the dark moment in video game history known as shaq fu.

personally, i think it’s that he’s really not that good a basketball player, considering all the hype and nonsense surrounding his name. i remember at the all-star rookie game, his rookie year, the ball rebounded off the back board and bounced so high that three guys jumped for it and missed, then shaq just reached out and palmed it. that was one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen. he just spent the rest of his career not being as good as kobe or lebron. if shaq, like michael jordan, waited to be the best basketball player in the world before totally selling his name out, like michael jordan, maybe the internet wouldn’t hate him as much. just a thought.
