there’s so much power in teenage mutant ninja turtle cereal that shredder must have it. well, all i’m saying is that it better be really powerful, because shredder is gonna look like a complete asshole eating tmnt cereal. that’s like mum-ra showering with thundercats shampoo.

Ha, I remember loving that cereal. It seemed that nearly every major cartoon had a Chex-with-Marshmallows cereal. “Ninja nets” is even lamer than Spider-Man cereal’s “spider webs.”
Oddly enough, the animation in this commercial is way better than anything in the show.

the animation is better, but the voice acting is worse. why can’t we get the full package for once, ninja turtles?!

The animation is pretty much the same as the show. I don’t see it as any better.

if you compare the amount of in-between animation on a typical episode of a show vs. this commercial, you’ll see it. details like the mouths moving a lot more and leonardo’s eye-popping towards the end are rarely found in a cheaply produced 80’s saturday morning cartoon.
