it’s a wonder they changed any of this for the 90’s cartoon

apparently, back in the day, the bad ass, in your face, take no prisoners, kill everyone in sight and spit in the eyes of authority attitude of wolverine was too much for audiences to handle. this presents a challenge to children’s television writers. they had to separate him from the group emotionally without in any way dipping into dark subject matter. simple solution: give him an australian accent. i guess they assumed bub was an aussie term.
