let’s geek out for a moment. star trek has some of the best time travel stories out there. two of the best movies involve time travel. the next generation finale put me in tears. star trek: voyager took all that great storytelling and threw it right out the window. every other week they found a new way to fuck with time. it came to the point where even the crew wasn’t impressed with time travel. a traveler appears from the future, eh, old news. then came the series finale, where they just re-told a time travel story from an earlier season. it wasn’t interesting the first time either.
