here it is. something that happened in the early 80’s. hanna barbara took the arcade hit pac-man and adapted it into a cartoon. i assume someone wrote a script, other people painted & animated it, and then it was transferred to tape and sent to various television stations, where people supposedly watched it. mostly kids, i’d imagine. hooray?
