’twas super bowl xxvii (that’s 27 for us amer’cans that don’t buy into all this nansy-pansy roman numeric homosexuality), and, in the most western themed of super bowls, the dallas cowboys crushed the buffalo bills with even less mercy than they’d give a retarded man on death row. michael jackson sang with hundreds of children during the halftime show. homicide: life on the street premiered afterwards, thus giving law & order a run for its money (which law & order ran away with the entirety of). but nothing defined the game as much as this frickin’ trailer for falling down!

with a 51% white population in dallas and a creamy 54% in buffalo, these two cities are probably chock full o’ bill foster-style cracked crackahs, just waiting for that moment when the culture-coddling ’90s drives them crazy, enough so to take on a gang of uzi-toting bangers. especially in buffalo, because their loser team lost the super bowl three times in a row! if that doesn’t spawn a falling down-esque rampage of destruction and racially provocative hijinks, i can’t imagine what would… in buffalo.

so what defines america more, i ask you: a game where mixed ethnicities slam into each other and crush the life out of their opponents, or a film where a white man randomly attacks mixed ethnicities in an attempt to crush the life out of los angeles? falling down is america!!!
